Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides leadership to all Environmental Services team members so that each team member consistently meets our standards of superior customer service, quality and cleanliness
• Ensures profitability by operating within established guidelines and requirements for labor and all other controllable costs
• Participates in team member meetings and training programs; provide coaching to team members as needed
• Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety standards set forth by JCAHO, OSHA, and State/Federal/County guidelines
• Interacts professionally and effectively with all levels of individuals, ranging from client contacts and company executives, to hourly team members
• Provides prompt, accurate and professional responses, guidance and information to clients and company management as needed or requested
• Ensures patient confidentiality; follows HIPAA guidelines

Requirements:

• Two or more years of previous management experience in a related role
• Environmental Services management experience in a healthcare facility preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Janitorial-specific software
