AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Grill Cook, Full-time. This position is scheduled Sunday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparing food items on a flat top grill in a fast-paced environment from a designed menu
• Operating a hot oil fryer
• Ensure quality and taste of prepared items
• Perform food preparation work for cooking, including seasoning
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipe
• Maintain proper grill cooking temperatures
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and professional in appearance at all times
• Manage food inventory
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Encourage good customer relations and communication

Requirements:

• Culinary experience preferred
• Exceptional food presentations skills
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
