Patient Food Services Ambassador, Full-time (Apostolic Christian Village)
AVI Foodsystems at Apostolic Christian Village is seeking applicants for the Patient Food Services Ambassador which manage the delivery of patient dining. Great starting rate of $15.00/hr.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Use an iPad to enter meal orders and communicate menu choices to patients
- Serve patient meals in accordance with dietary restrictions and guidelines recommended by the treating physician
- Read each patient's records prior to distributing appropriate meals or snacks
- Collect all trash and food remnants from patient rooms
- Promote the highest levels of quality and service
- Ensure proper food and sanitation standards to comply with federal, state and other regulatory agencies
- Maintain and foster positive and professional working relationships
- Other duties and responsibilities as necessary
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of foodservice and/or long term care experience
- Minimum education includes a high school diploma with ability to read, write, speak and comprehend in order to communicate with fellow team members, clients and patients
- Ability to follow and give written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer skills including experience using an IPAD or tablet
- A basic understanding of diet principles, food preparation and cooking methods
- Previous experience with computerized diet office systems is a plus
